Meet the muffins family.

What do you get when you add:

and a little oil, almond milk, vanilla, baking soda, and salt?

1. something non vegan
2. something experimental
3. something random
4. apparently something delicious (according to dad)

how could that equal to this?
I also made a version with raspberries, blueberries, peaches, and banana to replace the choco PB.

With an icing that had melted butter, powdered sugar, and strawberry jam.
I'm not going to post a recipe because they are not vegan, and the texture wasn't perfect, but apparently they were still really yummy. I don't even remember exactly what I put in them, but that can be the fun of cooking sometimes, right? :)
These muffins are for my sister and her family, just as a friendly gift. Hope she, her husband, and kids enjoy them!
Now, I will admit that I tasted a bit of the batter. It's not the end of the world, I'll just start over tomorrow. But to tell you the truth, I am not feeling too good. I regret tasting it because my stomach is upset, and I'm not feeling like myself. I learned my lesson, I guess. It's not like it had raw eggs, just a little greek yogurt. But still it's just weird. I'll forgive myself and try to remind myself of the reasons I don't eat dairy, (by no means am I tempted to go back to eating dairy) and remind myself not to do it next time. I learned my lesson :)
What are your thoughts about eating something un vegan/vegetarian either on purpose or accidentaly?
Thanks for reading loves :)
